Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Service Agreement

By booking a session with Shihan’s Podcast Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services provided, including recording, editing, and branding services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.

If payment is not completed, the booking will remain pending and may be released without notice.

3. Payment Terms

All services require advance payment to secure the booking.

Payments are processed via external platforms (e.g., Stripe/ Ziina).
Clients must ensure that:

The same name or email used during booking is entered in the payment details
Payment is completed within the instructed time

Failure to provide matching details may delay confirmation.

4. Pricing & Packages

All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.

Package hours:

Are non-transferable
Must be used within the stated validity period
Cannot be split across multiple clients

Unused hours after expiry will not be refunded.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours → session may be forfeited
No-shows → no refund or reschedule
Repeated changes may be restricted

6. Late Arrival Policy

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals will result in:

Reduced session time
No extension unless availability allows (additional charges may apply)

7. Studio Usage & Conduct

Clients are expected to:

Respect studio equipment and space
Follow staff instructions
Avoid any behavior that may damage equipment or disrupt operations

Any damages caused will be charged accordingly.

8. Recording & Deliverables

Recording Services:

Clients receive:

RAW footage (if included in package)
Recorded audio & video files

Editing Services:

Delivery timelines vary depending on scope and will be communicated in advance.

9. Content Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for:

The content they record
Obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or releases
Ensuring that their content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Shihan’s Podcast Studio is not liable for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from the content produced or its use by the client.

10. Promotional Usage Rights

Clients are fully responsible for:

The content they record
Copyright permissions
Any legal implications related to their content

Shihan’s Podcast Studio holds no responsibility for content usage.

11. Branding & Complimentary Items

Shihan’s Podcast Studio reserves the right to use any content recorded within the studio, including video, audio, and behind-the-scenes footage, for promotional and marketing purposes.

This may include use on:

Social media platforms
Website and portfolio
Advertisements and promotional materials

If a client wishes to keep their content private, they must inform us in writing prior to the session.

Once the session is completed, content may be used unless a prior request has been made.

12. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases at the sole discretion of Shihan’s Podcast Studio.

13. Liability

Shihan’s Podcast Studio is not responsible for:

Loss of personal belongings
Technical failures beyond reasonable control
Delays caused by external factors

14. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

Modify services, pricing, or packages
Update policies at any time

Clients will be informed where applicable.

15. Privacy

Client information collected during booking and payment is used solely for:

Booking management
Communication
Service delivery

We do not share client data with third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
